Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when we dispatch and deliver orders placed through our online store. It works alongside our Refund Policy [LINK] and Terms of Service [LINK].

Dispatch

Each piece is packed and sent by hand, so please allow a little time for dispatch. We aim to dispatch orders within [X working days] of receiving your order. If there is likely to be a longer delay (for example around holidays or for larger pieces), we will let you know by email.

Commissioned work is dispatched once the piece is complete and we have agreed timings with you.

Delivery times and costs

Delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on the delivery option you choose.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • UK: [estimated time, e.g. 2 to 3 working days] via [service, e.g. Royal Mail Tracked]
  • International: [estimated time, or remove this line if UK only]

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs or other events outside our reasonable control. Where no specific timeframe has been agreed, we will deliver your order within 30 days at the latest.

Packaging

Artwork is packaged carefully and protectively for transit [e.g. flat in rigid board-backed mailers, or rolled in sturdy tubes for larger prints]. For higher-value pieces we use a tracked and insured service.

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If your item does not arrive within a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, contact us at jimmylhutch@proton.me, with a photo in the case of damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Delivery address

Please make sure the delivery address you provide at checkout is correct and complete. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

International orders (if applicable)

If you are ordering from outside the UK, you may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by your country on arrival. These are set and collected by your local authorities, are not included in the price you pay us or in our delivery charge, and are your responsibility as the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
